Obituary of Garry Ralph Bain

Bain, Garry Ralph – age 58 years of Mt. Uniacke, passed away in Summerside, PE on August 2, 2014. Born in Charlottetown, PE on January 5, 1956; he was the son of Marjorie (MacLean) Bain and the late Ralph Bain. Garry worked at Mills Heavy Hauling as a truck driver. He was a member of the Mt. Uniacke Legion branch #165, and loved to play pool, darts, listening to country music and a good cup of tea. Left with fond and loving memories are his common law wife Carla Cummings of Mt. Uniacke; son Anthony (Michelle) of Alberta; daughter Michelle Bain of Mt. Uniacke; mother Marjorie Bain of Charlottetown, PE ; brothers Wilfred of York Point, PE, Roger (Janet) of Oyster Bed Bridge, PE, John (Linda) of Cornwall, PE, Carl (Mae) of York Point, PEI and Andrew of Tryon, PE; sisters Nancy Tawil (Todd) of York Point, PE and Laura Christy (Kevin) of Charlottetown, PE; also by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his first wife Eunice Kelly. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, August 8, 2014 from 1-2:30pm from the Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home, Wolfville Chapel. Following the gathering at 3:30pm there will be a reception held at the Mt. Uniacke Legion branch #165. Donations in memory of Garry made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by his family.
