MUNROE, Belva Joan, 71, born 14th May 1943, East Halls Harbour passed away September 9, 2014 at the Kings Regional Rehabitation Centre. Belva was the daughter of the late Wylie Wendell and Hilda Susan (Hutt) Munroe. She is survived by brother Laurie (Joan) Munroe, Canning; Sister Betty (Garnet Sheffield) Rafuse, New Minas; Sister-in-law Martha Munroe, East Halls Harbour; six nieces, and six nephews. Belva was predeceased by brother Bligh Munroe and three nephews. Belva lived at home with her parents until 1986 when she moved in to live with and be cared for by her brother Bligh and sister-in-law Martha. She lived with them until 1996 when she moved to the Kings Regional Rehab. Belva will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her. Many thanks to all the family members and staff of the Kings Regional Rehab for their special loving care over the years. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, 15th September at 2:00pm at the Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home (Coldbrook). Refreshments following the service. A second Memorial Service will be held at the Kings Regional Rehabitation Centre on Wednesday 17th September 2014 at 2:00pm. Speaker for both Memorials will be Mr. Blair Jess, from the Centreville congregation of Jehovahs Witnesses. Family flowers only. Donations in Memory can be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses Centreville congregation or the charity of your choice. Burial will be at a later date.
