Obituary of Frank Isnor

Isnor, Frank Edward (Bud) – age 78 years of Minasville, NS, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at home on September 11, 2014. Born in Halifax on January 21, 1936; he was the son of the late Robert and Agnes (Craig) Isnor. Left with many loving and happy memories is his family; devoted wife of 44 years Nancy (Hart); son Jim (Jennifer) Isnor of Nanaimo, B.C.; daughters Leann (Chris) Power, of Bridgewater, Christine Isnor (Gary) of Dartmouth and Melissa Isnor (Gary Sanford) of Walton, brother Ken (Ruth) Isnor of Barrie, ON; and his 11 grandchildren. Bud was predeceased by his daughter Joanne and sister Geraldine. In keeping with Bud’s wishes, a private family service to celebrate his life in a fashion suited to honour his humor, adventures and his love of close family gatherings will take place Saturday, September 20th at his home in Minasville. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to a special charity of your choice. Bud's family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude and appreciation to the many caregivers of the VG, VON and Colchester Palliative Care teams who provided exceptional support and assistance to our family during the past few months.
