Ainslie, Robert Bruce 75 of Windsor, passed away Saturday October 11th , 2014 at Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born in North Salem, he was a son of the late Bruce and Leona (Turple) Ainslie. Robert is survived by his partner, Marion Shanks, Windsor; brothers, Albert (Rita), Upper Stewiacke, Hedley, Falmouth, Bernard (Barb), Falmouth; sisters, Alice White, Noel, Mary Barkhouse, Noel, Margaret (George) Weatherbee, Ellershouse, Edith Rick, Lower Sackville, Sara (Mike) Downing, Ellershouse; several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Robert was predeceased by his wife, Pearl. Robert thoroughly enjoyed nature and being outdoors. He especially enjoyed fishing and four wheeling. Robert was a hard worker and will be sadly missed by his family. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home, Coldbrook Chapel 34 Coldbrook Village Park Drive, Coldbrook (902-679-2822). A private family memorial service will take place at a later date.
