Collins, Sally Ann 81, of Wolfville, passed away Saturday October 25, 2014 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born June 21, 1933 in Truro, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Marion (Beck) Collins. Following High School, she took a business course and enjoyed a long secretarial career, including positions in Great Britain and in the United States. After retirement she moved to Port Williams to become a care giver to her parents. She is survived by her brother, Bill; sister, Judith. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Ruth. A visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Wednesday October 29th in Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home, Wolfville Chapel, 568 Main St., Wolfville (902-542-4656). Rev. Bert Vanderbeek officiating. Interment will follow in Willow Bank Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Elms in Wolfville and the staff of Medical B Unit of Valley Regional Hospital, for their wonderful care of Sally. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to the Valley Regional Hospital Foundation or to a charity of choice.
