DAVISON, George Dexter - Age 61, Bridgetown, passed away peacefully at the Valley Regional Hospital on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 surrounded by his family. Born on October 5, 1953 he was the son of Roxanna (Barkhouse) Davison, Shannex, Greenwich, NS and the late George Robert (Bob) (1990). George is survived by sisters Bobbie (Brian) Russell, Blue Mountain, NS; Irene Davison, Halls Harbour, NS; Sandra (Dean) Spencer, Gaspereau Mtn, NS; Joyce Davison, Wilmot, NS; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Hazel Davison. George was actively involved in the Flower Cart in New Minas until his retirement. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 6, 2015 11:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m. at the Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home (Wolfville Funeral Chapel), 568 Main Street, with Funeral Service at 2p.m. immediately following the visitation, Rev. Randy Crozsman officiating. Interment at a later date. Donations may be made to the Flower Cart, New Minas or a charity of ones choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home (Wolfville Funeral Chapel) (902) 542-4656.
