Ethel and sister Myra were nearly inseparable for the last many years. In her early years, she was an active member of the community of Margaretville, she worked for many years as a telephone operator both in Middleton and CFB Greenwood. As much as Ethel loved her hats, elegant clothing and jewelry, her greatest pleasure in life was her family. She was a devoted sister, mother, grandmother, and wife. Ethel loved with every part of her being. She loved, she cared, and she will be forever missed. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Donations in Ethel’s memory may be made to the IWK or charity of your choice.
