ZINCK, FLORENCE ELVA, 87, of Dykeland Lodge Windsor, formerly of Hantsport, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2015 at the Hants Community Hospital with family by her side. Born in Lockhartville, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Bessie (Walsh) Pitts. Florence was loved by everyone who knew her, especially her family. Besides spending time with the ones she loved, she enjoyed going to the Jams and Tim Horton's with her sisters; doing crossword puzzles, reading and talking on the phone. Her strength, selflessness and kind heart will be remembered by all. She is survived by her children Blaine (Nancy), Sandra (Bill), John, Kathy (Tony), Cheryl (Paul); daughter-in-law, Debbie; grandchildren Annette (Dan), Rick (Laura), Leann (Dale), Shawn (Elizabeth), John (Shannan), Mike (Mel), Tammy (Craig), Amanda (Shawn), Terry, Angie (Joel), Marie (Gerald), Justin, Jeremy, Jessica (Sam), Samantha (Evan), Vicki (Jake); 14 great-grandchildren (2 on the way); brothers, Lawrence and Gary, sisters, Audrey, Mary, Noreen, Phyllis, Faye and Judy. She was predeceased by her husband Arnold (2012) after 65 years of marriage; daughter Elizabeth (Beth), son Steven; daughter-in-law Kate; great granddaughter Mya; sister Betty; brothers Bob, Richard and Jimmy. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation or a charity of your choice. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, June 28 at 1:00pm at the Dykeland Lodge, 124 Cottage Street, Windsor with Rev. Garnet Parker and John Zinck Jr. officiating.
