Life Legacy
Steele, Patricia Annette (Barkhouse) 76, Lockhartville , passed away at the QEII, Halifax on August 13, 2015. Born on January 7, 1939 she was a daughter of the late Harrison and Hilda (West) Barkhouse. Patricia enjoyed baking and knitting; playing 45 card games; going to the Jams, looking after her cat Tiny and also all the many stray cats that would show up. She is survived by children Leonard (Jessie) Schofield; Alan (Lisa) Schofield; Glen (Debbie) Schofield, all of British Columbia; Stanley (Connie) Gaspereau; Annette Schofield, Sunken Lake; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by husband John, son Neal and grandson Wayne/Aron. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at 11am at the Willowbank Cemetery, Wolfville. Rev. Gary Manthorne officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home (Wolfville Funeral Chapel) 902-542-4656.
