Life Legacy
Blair, Barbara Louise (Llewellyn) (Taylor) 68, passed away September 6th, 2015 at the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born September 10, 1946 in Italy Cross, Lunenburg County, she was the daughter of the late LeRoy and Jennie Llewellyn (McCarthy). Barbara is survived by son Clinton, Cambridge; daughters, Diana (Brian Schofield), Waterville; Elaine (Danny Ogilvie), Burlington; sister Yvonne, Nanimo, BC; brothers Les (Gail), Cambridge; Donald (Becky), Kentville; James, Aylesford; Gary (Crystal), Rockland; grandchildren, Alissa, Randolph, Jason, Dustin, Nathaniel, 7 great-grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by sisters, Helen and Audrey; brothers, Buddy, Doug, Claire and David. Barb had a zest for life and loved her family unconditionally. She enjoyed darts, washer toss, card games, especially playing yahtzee with her family and friends. She has hoards of friends and everyone that knew her, loved her - her kind, generous, happy self. She lived her life to the fullest and enjoyed her beer and rum at parties. Barb will be sadly missed. Monetary donations in her memory may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 from 7p.m.-9p.m., at the Berwick Funeral Chapel, Berwick where a Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 2:00p.m., Pastor Christine Bigelow officiating. Reception to follow at the Waterville Fire Hall.
