WAMBOLT, Jack Leroy Age 83 of Digby, Nova Scotia, passed away on October 4, 2015 at the Digby General Hospital. Born in Bear River, Digby County, Nova Scotia, he was a son of the late Alden and Verta (Dakin) Wambolt. Jack was a scallop fisherman most of his life. He loved being on the water and being with his family and friends. Jack is survived by wife Vera (Kaulback) Wambolt, sons, Gary (Kim) Alberta; Luke (Tanya); Jack Jr. (Joanne); Mark (Lisa); daughters Faye and Darlene (Barry) all of Digby, Nova Scotia; half brothers Garry, Walter, William, Victor and half sisters Wanda and Marilyn; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by daughter Debbie; brother, Malcolm; sister, Marylea; son-in-laws Robie Vatcher, Paul Greenlaw and Nathan Winchester. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral at his request. Donations in Jack's memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of one's choice.
