Ricky Ray Robbins, age 56 of Smith’s Cove, Digby County died Tuesday, January 5th, 2016 at the Yarmouth Hospital. He is predeceased by his parents Glendon and Jean (Hewey) and brother Donald.
Ricky will be sadly missed by his common law wife of 20 years (Jana Stark), sons; Justin Johnson, Shelby and Cody Robbins; daughters, Amanda and Melissa Adams, brothers; Lloyd (Linda), Keith (Carla), Neil (Joy) and Gene, sisters; Judy, Joanne (Ken) Smith, and Cindy (Gary) Bremner.
Rick was a life long member of Bear River Exhibition Society and had an extreme love of horses, oxen and recently truck pulls.
Rick prided himself at helping others and doing his best at every task he attempted. His work included; Weymouth Exporters, O&M Trucking, Lawren Construction and Happy Harry's in Digby.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home & Chapels. A Service will be held Saturday January 9th at the Smith’s Cove United Baptist Church at 2:00pm. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Autism Association of Nova Scotia or the family to help with final expenses.
