Obituary of Donald Wilfred Crosby

Text that is to appear on web must be entered before this line) – born August 24, 1930 N.S., passed away on Sunday January 10, 2016 while he and his daughter Sandra were visting his son Steve and wife Karen in Largo Florida. Donald was very happy to have spent Christmas with his daughter in PEI, and to have had the opportunity to go back to Florida in Janaury, where he and his beloved wife Freda shared so many wonderful memories. Donald retired from Canada trust in 1990. During his tenure, he worked in various provinces in Atlantic Canada as well as Toronto, ONT. Don is predeceased by his wife Freda (Ring), son Allan, his daughter - in- law Jill (Fellows), sister Dorothy (Scott) and his parents Wilfred and Jean (McPherson) Crosby. Don is survived by his son Steven, Tantallon, daughter, Sandra, Charlotetown, grandsons; Adam, Middle Sackville, Derek, Charlottetown, Gregory, Pettawawa, grandaughters, Jennie, Bedford, Keltie, Lower Sackville and Katie, Dartmouth as well as 6 great grandchildren. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annanpolis Valley Funeral Home and Chapel in Wolfville. A memorial service will take place at the Rockingham United Church, Rockingham on Monday, January 25th , 2016 at 11:00 am with a reception to follow.
