Margaret Fredericks, 59, of Morristown N.S., passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at the Valley Regional Hospital. Margaret is survived by her husband Larry Fredericks, daughter Elizabeth (Kenny) Reynolds, son Terry (Veronica) Corkum, granddaughter Cheyenne Corkum, sister Helen Johnstone, brother Earl Johnstone and several nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by mother Dolly (England) Johnstone, father Richard (Freddie) Johnstone, and several nieces and nephews. Margaret worked at the Wandlyn Inn Coldbrook, Eastern Protein Foods Kentville and at the Needs in Kingston. She enjoyed gardening, puzzles, and meeting new people. She always had a smile and kind words for those she met. She loved spending time with her Husband, Children, Granddaughter (Chy) and her two fur babies (Little King and Ladybug) whom brought her unbelievable joy. All the time she was battling her illness, she never lost hope and she was an inspiration to other patients at the 8th floor of the Centennial Building of the VG. The staff of the 8th floor became her good friends and always looked forward to her smiling face and joyful attitude even while fighting her illness. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Berwick Funeral Chapel, (902-538-9900) A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 2 at 1:00 pm in the Berwick Funeral Chapel.
