Paulette Winnifred Schroeder, 73, of Berwick, NS, passed away in Grand View Manor on April 13, 2016. Born in Halifax, NS, she was the daughter of William and Anna (Murphy) Schroeder. Paulette was a big kid at heart, always willing to play with her nieces and nephews. She could always find the time to spoil them as well. Her saying was if mom or dad said no just come to Aunt Paul. And she also had a big heart for seniors older then herself. Paulette was also active in CWL St. Anthony’s Parish in Berwick and Kentville, Pioneers Club of Atlantic Provinces and Sunday School Teacher. She is survived by brother Joe, sister Joyce and many nieces and nephews. Paulette was predeceased by her parents, brother William, sisters Eleanor, Eagle, Anna Mae Roefs and nephew Michael Hiltz. Special thanks go to the nursing staff of Grand View Manor (Berwick), Rainforth/Wagner for all their support that was given to the family through Paulette’s Journey. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Berwick Chapel, 192 Commercial Street, Berwick (902-538-9900). A visitation will take place Wednesday, April 20th, 2016 at the Berwick Chapel 7pm to 9pm and Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 21st, 2016 at Saint Anthony’s in Berwick, NS, 11:00am with reception to follow in the Church Hall.
