Harold (Bud) Eugene Schofield of Kentville, passed away at home December 16, 2016, at the age of 79. Born in Kentville, he was the oldest son of the late Harold H. and Kathaleen (Rouse) Schofield.
He worked at the Nova Scotia Sanatorium and the Kings County School.
Harold is survived by his daughter Brenda (Gary) Veinot; granddaughters Melissa Veinot; Ashley Allen; grandson Mitchell Allen; great grandchildren Kaitlyn; Jack; Lucas; Ellie; brother John (Dee) Schofield; several sisters in laws; brothers in laws; aunts; uncles; cousins; nephews and nieces
He was predeceased by his wife Alberta (Rose) Schofield; brother Albert; nephew Kevin Schofield and his step mother Mildred (Allan) Schofield.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home & Chapels, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr (902-679-2822). There will be no visitation or funeral service by family request. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
