Freda has been my upstairs neighbour since my late husband and I moved in to J.B. North Manor 27 years ago. I have been most fortunate to have a dear, sweet, quiet lady for a friend. My sympathy to all who mourn her passing. She had a good long, independent life. I miss her. blessings - Annie
