Kevin "Charlie" F. McCarthy, 60 of Ellershouse passed away in his home on December 4, 2017. Born in Windsor, he was the son of Annie (Brownell) McCarthy and the late Garnet of Hantsport.
He is survived by ex-wife Lalia McCarthy and their children Nicholas (Sally); Sheldon; and Melissa (Dammian) Dumas; five grandchildren Logan, Aiden, Kaylyn, Camden, and Keaton; his brothers Mike (Donna), Mitch (Debbie), Tim (Annette); his sister Susan (Barry) Davison and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and no service by request. Memorial to be at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr. (902-679-2822).
