Dear Sandra and Peter and Families,
I was at the St.Stephen Sports Wall of Fame Dinner recently and had a moment to meet you Sandra---I don't expect you to remember but in case you do.
As a younger classmate I was always in awe of the athletic abilities of the two of you and now that I have read the beautiful obituary about your mom I understand a bit better how her encouragement would have played a role in your significant achievements.
How proud she must have been of both of you.
Please accept my sincere sympathy. I wish I had known her; she obviously was a great mother.

To Ruth's family,
I am so very sorry to hear of Ruth's passing. I will always cherish the time that I was able to spend with both her and Verne. I enjoyed many conversations with Ruth about plants and baking. I always walked away with a greater knowledge for knowing them.
Please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
