She devoted her life to her family, her faith and her home where she was an immaculate housekeeper. Ruth was a Certified Dietician and worked for a time at Palmeters Nursing Home, Kentville. She enjoyed reading, quilting, knitting and took great pleasure in giving away flowers from her rose garden. She was always thinking of others and doing kind deeds for family and friends. She loved to laugh and share her humor. She will be forever remembered for her infectious smile and beautiful, sparkling blue eyes.

She is survived by daughters, Gloria (Brian) Isnor, Gaspereau; Dianne Isnor (John Van Buskirk), White Rock; Linda (John) Patterson, Hants Border; grandchildren, Luanne Isnor (June Brown), Kendall (Trish) Isnor, John (Dawn) Isnor, Lisa Isnor (Brian Martin), and Kimberley Fox (Patrick McCarthy); five great grandchildren, Hannah, Nathaniel, Evan, Ryan, and Kayla and three great-great grandchildren, Trésean, Zaya and Meka. Mom loved her new friends made at Orchard Court. Our family would like to thank staff and residents at Orchard Court for their love, care, and kindness.
