Heaven
We often talk about Heaven, we wonder what it will be like
We often think about Heaven, with all it's glorious sights.
We all long for Heaven and, to see our Saviour we love
Our 'Home' forever is Heaven to be with Jesus above.
We're told of it's glory and splendor,
we're told of the streets of pure gold
We know there is peace and there is beauty
and wonderful things we'll behold
Our sorrows and trials will be over, no pain, no suffering there
No heartaches or tears in Heaven, such joy, we cannot compare.
For Jesus our Saviour will meet us our bodies will be like His own
We'll rule and will reign with Jesus,
we'll reap the things we have sown.
While on Earth we laid up our treasure, in Heaven and glorious home and
We'll meet those who went before us what reunion around God's throne.
We'll forget all our trials we had here we'll worship and praise our dear Lord
We'll thank Him for all of His goodness,
for we triumphed through His Word.
No need of the sun in Heaven for the Lamb is the light over there
No fear - no pain - no worries just wonderful joy we'll share.
We'll worship our wonderful Jesus,
we'll see His hands and His feet
We'll bow down in love and submission for now our Salvation's complete.
