Joan Darryle Porter - 56 Of Center Burlington passed away Sunday May 1st 2005 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville Born in Windsor, N.S. she was the daughter of the late Charles Kehoe of Windsor Surviving her mother Dorothy ( MacDonald ) Kehoe; Windsor Loving husband Michael Porter; Center Burlington Son Andrew ( Karen ) Porter; Burnaby B.C. Brother Wayne ( Sylvia ) Kehoe; Windsor Sister Faye ( Richard ) Thompson; Bridgewater Shirley Ann ( Tim ) Pemberton; Newport Corner Sister in Law Polly Porter; Kentville 2 Grandchildren Joan will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her and whose lives she touched Especially her loving and constant companion, her cat - Sissy쳌 Cremation has taken place an interment will be held Friday at 2 PM at the Card Beach Road Cemetery, Center Burlington. Rev. Garnet Parker will officiate with a Celebration of Joan?¢s life to follow at the Center Burlington Hall. As per Joan?¢s wishes no flowers, donations in memory may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart & Lung Association or to the Hants County S.P.C.A.
