Obituary of Ronald K. MacDonald

Ronald K. MacDonald, 72 of Plympton, passed away February 26, 2019 in Queens General Hospital.  Born in Digby, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Flossie (Wood) MacDonald.

His passion was driving truck.

He was predeceased by his second wife Anna MacDonald.

Ronald is survived by companion Judy (Handspiker) MacDonald; children Osborne “Sam” (Tasha) MacDonald of Bridgewater and Tammy MacDonald of Church Point; brother Bruce “Alan” (Sharon) MacDonald of Dartmouth; sisters Carol MacDonald of Dartmouth, Linda (Jerry) Gaudett of Corberrie, Digby Co. and Gail (Yvon) Guimond of Rexton, NB; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 1:00 pm in the St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Weymouth. Reception to follow in the Weymouth Legion, Branch #67. Family Flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to Charity of One’s Choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook, NS, B4P 1B9 (902-679-2822).
