Obituary of Linda Mae Benner

Linda Mae Benner, 72 of Windsor passed away peacefully in the Hants Community Hospital.  Born in Wolfville, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Jean (Crouse) Chambers.

Linda had many hobbies such as crafts and knitting. She enjoyed baking, playing cards and bingo at the Dykeland Lodge. Linda loved listening to music, especially old time country.

She is survived by her daughters Annette (Bart) Croft, Windsor; Ann Benner, Dartmouth; Rhonda Benner, Bridgetown; brother Robert (Linda) Chambers, Windsor Forks; sister Sherry White, Plympton.

Besides her parents, Linda was predeceased by her loving husband Ronald Benner and her sister Karen Chambers.

Linda would want to give a very special thank you to her cousin Susan Lowthers, who has always been there for her.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 1:00 pm in the Musgrove Cemetery, Summerville, Hants County. Memorial donations may be made to the Dykeland Lodge Bus Fund. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook, NS, B4P 1B9 (902-679-2822).
