Obituary of Eric L. Kenneally

Eric L. Kenneally, 71 of Harbourville, NS passed away on April 11, 2019 in his home.

He loved sitting in his chair overlooking the harbour and dreaming of fishing in the bay. He had a great sense of humour and loved to tell stories. Eric spent many years in Halifax and had fond memories of the people he met.

He is survived by his daughter Mindy (Scott) Hupman; granddaughter Lucy; siblings William (Mary) Kenneally; Joan Horton-Kenneally; Mary Kenneally; and Brian Kenneally. Eric had many special people in his life like his lifelong friend; Gordon Banks; his niece and nephew Kyle and Blair Kenneally; and his friends Mike Hamilton, Bill Hutt and Kimberly Tryon.

Eric was predeceased by his parents Louva (Taylor) and William Kenneally; his sister Bernice (Bill) Olmstead; baby brothers Wayne and Frank; his sister-in-law Pat Kenneally; and his best friend David Hamilton.

Cremation has taken place and there will be a celebration of his life at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Harbourville Restoration Society. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook, NS, B4P 1B9 (902-679-2822).
