Obituary of Sandra Frances Smith

Sandra Frances Smith, 72 of Berwick, passed away June 23, 2019 in the Valley Regional Hospital with her loving family by her side.  Born in Berwick, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Marion (Fredericks) Taylor.

Sandra married the love of her life, Douglas Smith on October 2, 1965 and spent a wonderful 52 years of marriage together.  She was a Conway Twitty fan and enjoyed listening to his recordings.  Sandra had a strong, family-oriented love and her pride and joy were her grandchildren.

 She is survived by husband Douglas Joseph Smith, Berwick; sons Chad (Misty), Morristown; Kirk (Celine), Ottawa, ON; Giselle, Coldbrook; brother Henry, Black Rock; sisters Linda, Black Rock; Wendy, Garland; Marlene, Berwick; Dale, Berwick; grandchildren Madison, Ethan and Avery; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Sandra was predeceased by her sister, Judy.

A visitation will take place on Saturday, June 29, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. A Celebration of Sandra’s Life will follow at 2:00 pm, both to be held in the Berwick Funeral Chapel.
