Obituary of George William Seward

G. William Seward, 72, passed away peacefully at the QEH Infirmary, Halifax on July 25, 2019. Born in Berwick, Kings County, he was the son of the late Frank W. and Mildred M. (Beals) Seward.

He made a career as a mechanical engineer & had worked for Michelin many years. His passion was cars... he loved restoring Volkswagen Beetles, a Westphalia Van and many others over the years.

He is survived by a son Dana M. Seward of Halifax; sister C. Eve Lyn Mosher of Cole Harbour.

A private service will be held at a later date at the Berwick Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Berwick Funeral Chapel, 192 Commercial Street, Berwick, NS, B0P 1E0 (902-538-9900).
