Obituary of Wayne Alwyn Salsman

Wayne Alwyn Salsman, 77 of Waterville passed away in his home on October 11th, 2019.

Wayne was an automotive technician by trade and operated his own repair business for over 20 years. Wayne will be remembered as a loving father, and a thoughtful, caring man who never hesitated to help a friend in need.

Wayne is survived by his mother Laura Dorothy (Carver) Salsman; children David Salsman, Jayme (Suzanne) Salsman, and Natalie (Brett) Barnes; four grandchildren Daniel and Rachel Barnes, Aric and Elliott Salsman; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father Clifford Franklyn Salsman; brother Clifford Stephen Salsman and son Jason Wayne Salsman.

A Graveside Service, for family and close friends will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019 in the Berwick Cemetery. In accordance with Wayne’s wishes, there will be no reception following the service. Memorial donations, in Wayne’s memory, may be made to the charity of one’s choice.   Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook, NS, B4P 1B9 (902-679-2822).
