Obituary of Violet Marie Farnsworth

Violet Marie (Prime) Farnsworth, age 73 of Freeport passed away on October 28, 2019 at Tideview Terrace, Digby. Born in Digby, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Frances (Stanton) Prime. 

Violet will be remembered for her kindness, her smile, humor and love. She was absolutely beautiful inside and out and will be sadly missed by her family and friends at Tideview.

She loved music, animals, and helping others. "I love you a bushel and a peck, a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck." Soar with the angels, you certainly were our earth angel. Always remembered and in our hearts forever.

Violet is survived by son Fabian (Shelley) Farnsworth and daughter June Farnsworth; grandson Jesse Swift and granddaughter Karlee Farnsworth.

Besides her parents, Violet was predeceased by her grandson Blake Farnsworth.

Interment will take place in the Brookside Cemetery in Freeport at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Digby County Funeral Chapel, 367 Highway #303, Digby, B0V 1A0 (902-245-2444).
