I just heard of Gerald’s passing and wanted to send my condolences to his family. I can’t think of Windermere without thinking of Gerald, his kindness, and sharing over the years of his baked goods and visits not to mention the many hours he worked in our fields with my Dad, Ken Lee. I can see him now walking down the road, a little hunched, hands in his pocket.

I speak on behalf of Bruce & myself, and the community club, when I express deepest condolences to Gerald's family & close friends. HIS contentment with life is to be admired; never asking, but so appreciative to receive. HE was a "Good" neighbour and cared deeply for the little Windermere Community Hall, next door. Peace be with HIM.

I have many memories of Gerald. He was a kind and thought man. He love to give to others or help anyway he could. He would grow a lot of tomatoes and cucumbers that he gave to many. He was always so thankful to get a phone call or visit.
He was so proud of his children and grandchildren and his great grand child. My late husband Howard Johnson visit with Gerald many times. They went fishing together many times and made lots of memories.
My thoughts are with. Curtis, Marnell and family. To Shirley White as well.
May all your memories help you at this difficult time. RIP Gerald
