Aunt Bea was very important to her nephew Sonny Seaboyer (my Dad), and her legendary hospitality, plum pudding, and love of family were known all the way to northern Vancouver Island. We send our love from over here in Campbell River, BC, and expect that she and Sonny have now reunited and had at least a few cups of tea together. We will think of her fondly, as we do of all our NS family, especially at Christmas when fresh New Ross balsam wreaths hang on our doors. Much love to you all.

Bea Larder - a gracious, caring lady ahead of her time.
Many years ago while studying, I had a work placement that involved visiting individuals in their homes. Bea Larder lead the program. I have always considered it a great learning experience but more importantly a privilege to meet such an inspiring and creative individual. I have never forgotten the valuable lessons I learned from her.
