Obituary of Kevin John Williams

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Kevin John Williams, 57 of Barton, on May 7, 2022. Born in Digby, he was the son of the late Chester and Norma (Melanson) Williams.

Kevin absolutely loved the outdoors and was an avid deer hunter and enjoyed sport fishing. He also enjoyed spending time at the camp with his brother-in-law, best friend, and hunting buddy, Kenny and his nephew, Stephen. He was such a great brother and will be remembered for his jolly laugh and his sweetness.

Kevin will be lovingly remembered by his partner, Vera Dugas of North Range; brothers, Gary Williams of Plympton; Craig (Melissa) Williams of Plympton; sisters, Carol Ann Melanson of Halifax; Faye (Kenny) Andrews of Dartmouth; and Heather Amero of Plympton.

In addition to his parents, Kevin was predeceased by his brother Stephen Williams.

Cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Digby County Funeral Chapel, 367 Highway #303, Digby, NS B0V 1A0 (902-245-2444).
