Obituary of Audrey Mary Mason
Audrey Mary Mason, age 95, of Shubenacadie, passed away June 19, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Daniel and Grace (DeYoung) Flinn.
She is survived by her children, John, Havelock, N.B.; Deborah (Greg) Dartmouth; James (Mildred), Philippines; Patrick, Parrsboro; Pamela (Steve) Riverview, N.B.; Beverly (Douglas), Shubenacadie; grandchildren, Rebecca, Jonathan, Elizabeth, Graciella, Wayne, Julia, Olivia, and Jonathan; great-grandchildren, Sophia, Benjamin, Stella, Mya, McKenzie, Nowlan, Lauren, Grady and Rhyan.
She was predeceased by her husband, John (Jack) Clyde; brother, Luke; sisters, Dorothy, Marjorie, Marie. A heartfelt thank you to our sister, Beverly, and our brother-in-law, Douglas, for being Mom’s full-time caregivers over the last three years and for providing tender, loving care to Our Mother.
A celebration of life will be held in Royal Canadian Legion Branch 142 (50 Hillcrest Street, Fairview) on July 7th, from 6-8 p.m. A private family interment will be held. No flowers please. Memorial donations may be made to Effect Hope: The Leprosy Mission Canada, 90 Allstate Parkway, Suite 200, Markham, ON L3R 6H3.
