Obituary of Mary Lush Cluett
Mary Lush (Keeping) Cluett, 93 passed away peacefully in Dartmouth on September 1, 2022. Born on April 12, 1929 in Belleoram N.L., her parents were Reginald and Florence Keeping.
She is survived by her children Laverne (Calvin), Michael (Mary), Rebekah (Wai), six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, sister Sybil and brother Tom (Martha). She was predeceased by her husband Vernon, daughter Elizabeth (in infancy), her brother Robert and sister Gwen.
Mom looked forward to daily visits and particularly enjoyed afternoon tea and chats. She loved visits with her grand and great grandchildren, anticipating the newest baby arrivals and watching them grow. Mom will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
As per her wishes, a service will be held at St. John’s Cemetery, Bedford Hwy. on September 16, 11:00 am. A reception will be held at Rebekah’s at 12:30. Everyone is welcome to attend the service and or reception. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
The family would like to thank Dr. Ryan Normore for his continued care and compassion.
