No matter what, he was always present on his job, nearly never missing a day. He worked extended days and hours whenever necessary. He was a very fair and loyal boss and made many connections, relationships and friends along the way. Rob spent hours researching to learn new skills and obtain new knowledge. He was an avid reader and his skill set was unparalleled. He could fix, repair or build just about anything. Photography was his passion. He was interested in Model Railroading ever since he was very young. The train set under the Christmas tree was an annual tradition. He had a strong interest in woodworking and the many tools involved. He was an expert at audio and visuals, always focused on the specifications of equipment to achieve the very best of both picture and sound. E loved old movies and old TV shows. Rob had a vast knowledge about computers and anything that was related to them. He had an avid interest in cars, aircrafts and boats of any kind. Rob loved music and treasured his turntable and vinyl records. He volunteered at his daughters’ elementary school for quite a few years helping with many things including their computers and their maintenance. He was a perfectionist at everything he did. He enjoyed many years of vacationing with his family at the cottage in Folly Lake. He loved listening to the train traffic and watching the trains as they rolled by, sharing the experience with his daughters.
