Obituary of Bobbi Lynn Bezanson
Bobbi Lynn Bezanson of Hantsport, went to sleep peacefully surrounded by family and friends on Friday, November 3, 2023.
We are deeply saddened by the loss of Bobbi Lynn. She was loved by so many, especially the love of her life, Tim, husband of 32 years, and her two boys Clay and Wyatt.
She is survived by her family, as well as so many others that loved her. Her sense of humor, laughter and caring nature will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. She had a deep love of nature, and animals of all kinds. She was an amazing mother and very proud of her boys.
Bobbi Lynn dedicated her life to her God, Jehovah, and was baptized on June 23, 2007. She wanted nothing more than for others to learn about God and his wonderful promises for the future. She was a devoted member of the Windsor Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Her strong faith in God’s promises for the future, like the one found at Rev 21:4 where it says that soon “death will be no more” enabled her to endure as she battled cancer.
Along with her parents, she was the face of Grand Meadows Stables for many years. Saying she was devoted to her students would be an understatement, her students were her pride and joy. Her career took her all over the world, and her style of teaching brought many awards and accolades, making her well known in the equestrian world. After the sale of Grand Meadows, she continued to teach and mentor her students at Paloosa Ridge Stable with her long-time friend and student Loretta Buchanan. She knew that each student was meant for success, whether in the show ring or just in life. Although we cannot mention all of her students by name, her love for them was apparent and no doubt touched them and left a lasting impression.
Bobbi Lynn was born on December 4, 1970, to Bryce and the late Sylvia Milne. She will be missed by her husband, Timothy “Tim” Bezanson; sons, Clay and Wyatt; her dad, Bryce Milne; brothers, Scott (Tina) Milne and Trevor (Suzanne) Milne; her parents-in-law, Charles and Marilyn Bezanson; and extended family. Bobbi Lynn chose as special siblings Jamie Spencer, Robin Laird, Denise Samson, and her adoptive children, Lauren (Spencer) Stevens, Nathan Cashin, Logan, and Makenna Samson, all of whom feel a great sense of loss.
The family would like to thank the nursing staff at The Dickson Centre, Halifax and the Hants Community Hospital, in Windsor, for their loving care and sympathy.
Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made online at donate.jw.org. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held in the Kentville Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2 Baden Powell Dr., at 2pm, November 18, 2023. The service will be available by zoom for those unable to attend.
