McKINLEY, Deborah Leavinia - 48, New Minas, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2006, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Wolfville, she was the daughter of Marion Geniva (Rogers) McKinley and the late Loviett Malcolm McKinley. Deborah worked at the E.K.M. Health Centre in Wolfville in housekeeping. Her family and friends as well as her faith brought her great joy. Knitting, animals, the piano and crocheting also were some of her passions. Deborah will se sadly missed by all who knew and loved her and whose lives she touched. Surviving are her loving and caring mother, Marion Geniva (Rogers) McKinley, New Minas; brother, Allan McKinley, Kingston; several aunts and uncles. Besides her father, Deborah was predeceased by brother, Malcolm McKinley. A memorial service was held Sunday, February 26, in Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah's Witnesses, Park Street, Chris Plant officiated with interment in Willowbank Cemetery, Wolfville, later in the week. Donations in memory made be made to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Kentville or a charity of one's choice.
