We lost our gentle "teddy bear" family member this week. Bill was one of those people that immediately made you smile, what a gentle soul ♥ His loving wife, my next oldest sister Phyllis, spent the last several months by his side and was in full support of his decision to not receive treatments for his very unexpected diagnosis of lung cancer which was detected during open heart surgery. Bill was so chill and took life in stride, including the ultimate punch. His perspective on life was something that I respected and learned so much from...we all need to chill a bit more even if it seems unsurmountable at times.
There will be a hole that will always be open to allow Bill's spirit to shine through whenever we need to smile. You will so be missed but I am posting this tribute with a smile because his spirit is here! To my sister, you keep shining on, he would not want it any other way! Love you to the moon and back!
