Obituary of Vance Edward Cottenden

Vance Edward Cottenden of Seaforth, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on December 19, 2023, at the age of 70. He was adopted in Windsor by loving parents, the late Harry Cottenden, his father, and Elizabeth Cottenden, his surviving mother.

Vance was most at home when surrounded by nature and achieved his goal of building a beautiful home entirely by hand in the woods of Seaforth. Those who knew Vance will sorely miss him and have succinctly described him as being strong, funny, loving and fiercely intelligent.

Vance is survived by his sisters, Janice Davis and Lorna Cottenden; his two sons, Robert and Brenton Cottenden; and his grandson, Holden Cottenden.
