Francis “Frank” Power of Bear River, passed away suddenly at the age of 86 on February 18, 2024.

Frank is survived by his friend, Joan Young; sisters, Carol Harris of London, Ontario; and Nancy (John) Corriveau of Simcoe, Ontario; and brother, John Power, of Moncton, New Brunswick.

Special thanks to neighbours Heather Robicheau and Robert Warner for their quick response and their CPR training, Emergency Health Services Responders  and the staff at the Digby General Hospital Emergency Room.

Cremation has taken place. As per Frank’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service.   Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Digby County Funeral Chapel, 367 Highway #303, Digby, NS B0V 1A0 (902-245-2444).
