It is with great sadness that I learn of Nick's passing. He was a man with incredible intellect and a strong work ethic. I will never forget the rich conversations we shared about life and world events. I will also cherish his warmth and generosity during my many visits to his home and business. Susan and family, I am so sorry to learn of Nick's passing. I always enjoyed it when he was in the shop, and he often asked if I was Greek because of the foods I bought and what I like to make. I would laugh and say no, but he insisted (playfully). He has left a great legacy in you and your children, and in the cheese shop.

I am so sad to hear this news. Nick was my first real boss and I learned so much from him and Susan. I couldn't have done a lotv of the things I have done in my life without sone of those lessons. Condolences to Susan and the rest of the family. Love to all.

I know how to say two words in Greek - thank you and hello. When we shopped at Holmestead and Nick was there, I think he enjoyed me trying to say them. He was a nice man and we’ll miss him. Our sincere condolences to Susan and all of Nick’s family.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss Susan and family....I just found out this morning...I did not know your husband except for a few greetings but I know you and your family will miss him greatly...I have always enjoyed coming to your store and loved all your products....it has always been such a wonderful personal experience that is unfortunately not around in this day and age anymore... Susan, George, Geoff, Stella and Dimitris,
We were saddened to hear of Nick's passing. We were blessed to spend many hours with all of you at soccer, basketball and especially fun visiting and celebrating with you all at your home. Having such great neighbours and friends who also happened to make amazing cheese is such a blessing. Nick introduced us to many new foods and was always so welcoming. Our children always enjoyed being with your family, especially the one who got to work with Nick one summer. Nick was so good to him, and to all of us. I will miss his big smile and greeting every time I visited.
