Obituary of Darryl Clifford Brown

Darryl "BooBoo" Clifford Brown, 58 of Aylesford, passed away in his home on May 23, 2024. Born in Berwick and the son of the late Fayne and Annie (Reeves) Brown.

Darryl was liked by everybody, he always had time to strike up a conversation, this earned him the nickname “Chatty Boy”. He always had lots on the go from delivering newspapers as his main job to trucking in the summer months and plowing snow in the winter.

Darryl was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was always willing to lend his father in law, Dale, a helping hand, and loved going to visit his brother, Peter, to chat over a cup of tea. Darryl also enjoyed when he got the chance to go trucking with Kees Langelaan.

Darryl loved spending time with his children and grandchildren, he would do anything for them, He was always there to support them with anything they needed.

Darryl was an active member of the Berwick Fire Department for numerous years and he was a farmer for a majority of his life. When he wasn’t on the go, Darryl loved watching Coronation Street and Twin Paranormal.

Darryl will be greatly missed by his family and friends as well as his community where he bacame so well known.

Darryl is survived by his wife, Marsha; his children, Jacqueline (Danny), Michael, and Lucas; His two grandchildren, Kace (Lucas), Jude (Jackie); as well as his brothers, Peter and Eric.

In addition to his parents Darryl was predeceased by his mother in law Joan Thomas.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. There will be no visitation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook, NS, B4R 1B9 (902-679-2822).
