Obituary of Debora Mae Frank

Debora Mae Frank, age 69, passed away peacefully at the Windsor Elms Village, through the night, on November 4, 2024, after a lengthy battle with Early Onset Alzheimer's. Born on August 5, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Angela (Steele) Frank.

To know Debbie was to love her. She had a great sense of humour and a beautiful heart. She was always looking for ways to bless those in her life that she loved and to make a difference in the community around her. She was an active member of her church before the limitations of her disease stopped her. She worked for many years at APSEA, the school for the deaf and blind. Later in life she returned to school and went on to tutor privately and worked as an EPA in the HRM area.  Debbie was loved dearly by her family and friends who thought the world of her. She was a beautiful reflection of the love of Christ in action to many who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.

Debora is survived by her sister Darla Preeper (Steve); brother Todd Frank; nieces Rachael Mosher (Ben) and Kaleigh Fitch; great nieces and nephew Elisabeth, Emma, Evangeline and Eli Mosher and Keauna Fitch; as well as several cousins.

In addition to her parents, Debora was predeceased by her sister-in-law, Louise Frank.

A celebration of life in Debora's memory will be held at a later date, to be announced. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook, NS, B4R 1B9 (902-679-2822).
