Obituary of Joan Caroline Havill
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Joan Caroline Havill of Windsor, NS on January 5th, 2025. She had a strong faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. She was born in Halifax to William & Nora Victoria (Landry) McFatridge.
After high school, she graduated as a Registered Nurse. She married R. Bruce Havill & they lovingly chose their children Christopher & a year later Caroline. Because of Bruce’s business, he & Joan lived in several areas & mainly in Berwick, NS.
Besides her parents, Joan was predeceased by her husband Bruce, brother William (Bill) & Jean, nephew Dean Havill.
She is survived by Christopher (Dawna) of Port Williams & Caroline (Robert) Arenburg of Coldbrook, & niece Joanne McFatridge. Private burial in Berwick Cemetery NS.
A Celebration of life will take place in the Windsor Baptist Church with Pastor Rob Heffernan officiating on January 25, 2025 at 11:00 am Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook, NS, B4R 1B9 (902-679-2822).
