I loved Uncle Glen. He was a good man, a kind man and he always had a story for me. We had many laughs over the years and I will miss him dearly.
My condolences to his wife and family. You have to know that he was truly loved and that he will be missed. (Pat)

Sincere condolences to family and friends of our Uncle Glen. I am happy to have had the opportunity to spend some time with Uncle Glen Sept. 13th and talk about good times. We talked about the alligators in the pond behind the home on Main Street, the jokes that have stood the test of time, our visit together to the Ross Farm where we had more laughs together than one would imagine possible, the great Oscar Russell family reunion in 2004, the random telephone calls over many years, and our unusual rapport where he would call me "Uncle Glen" and I would address him as "Paul."
While his mischievous grin, his sense of humor, and his love of family and friends
will be missed it was a treat to have had Glen as an uncle and good friend. I will treasure my memories of Uncle Glen.

Dear Family of Glendon Russell,
Please accept my condolences on your loss.
I found comfort in the hope for our dear loved ones that is expressed in the Bible at Psalm 37:29 which says: "The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it."
We are assured that when the earth is cleansed of wickedness, and it is restored to a paradise like the Garden of Eden as God originally purposed, our loved ones will return to life on earth in good health. John 5: 28,29 tells us that "...The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out ..."
In the Lordchr(39)s Prayer that most of us pray, we ask for Godchr(39)s Kingdom to come and His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Then there will be no more sorrow or pain as we are promised at Revelation 21:3,4. It reads in part: "... And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.ââ?¬ÃÂ
I hope these words bring a measure of comfort in your time of loss.
Sincerely,
Sandra Sullivan

Gramps will be sadly missed. I canchr(39)t express how sorry I am to hear of his passing. The first time I met Gramps I will never forget, he made feel like I was one of his own grandchildren and needless to say each visit with him I never left without a big smile on my face. Gramps made everyone laugh and laugh and laugh more. Although he is gone to heaven he will continue to make us laugh with all the cherished moments he has shared with everyone.
Although, Kiahna never got to meet Big Gramps I know she will feel his presence as he watches over her and everyone from heaven. She will also know what a wonderful, loving and caring Great Grandfather that he always was.
May you all find the strength and courage to live each day to the fullest and focus on all the happy, fun and crazy memories that Gramps leaves with each one of you.
Sending lots of love
Tanya and Kiahna
