Dear John,
I never did meet your Mom. However, just hearing you & the Bezansonchr(39)s talk about her over the years makes me feel like I did know her - her perseverence & determination stand out in my mind as Ichr(39)m sure they do in all who knew her.

To all who are saddened by Elizabethchr(39)s passing I extend my understanding sympathy. She has lived a good long life. Her passing leaves a unique void. Psalm 29:11 tells us "The Lord will give strength unto His people: the Lord will bless His people with peace." May you know that peace in the days to come. -- Annie Bird

Dear Family of Elizabeth Bresnan,
Please accept my condolences on your loss.
I found comfort in the hope offered in the Bible for our loved ones at Psalm 37:29 which says: "The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it."
We are assured that when the earth is cleansed of wickedness, and it is restored to a paradise like the Garden of Eden as God originally purposed, our loved ones will return to life on earth in good health. (Isaiah 33:24)
John 5: 28, 29 tells us that "...The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out ..."
In the Lordchr(39)s Prayer that most of us pray, we ask for Godchr(39)s Kingdom to come and His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Then there will be no more sorrow or pain as we are promised at Revelation 21: 4. It reads in part, "... He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.ââ?¬ÃÂ
I hope these words bring you a measure of solace in your time of loss.
You may also find comfort in the message contained in the pamphlet ââ?¬Ã
?When Someone you Love Dies.âàI would be glad to send it to you free of charge or obligation.
Sincerely,
Sandra Sullivan

To the family of Mrs. Bresnan,
Mrs. B., as we called her, visited our family in Cape Breton many times, with my parents. We always had a lot of fun and laughs which she enjoyed very much. She also got teased a lot by members of my family and it uplifted her spirits as well. Wechr(39)re glad she enjoyed going to listen to the fiddle music and getting up and dance. She looked forward to this and was happy to be able to go whenever she could. She was a hard worker all her life and always wanted to do her best at whatever task she was asked to do.
Living to the age of 106 was a wonderful feat. I will always cherish her friendship over the years and remember the good times we had.
She is at peace now and God bless her for all the wonderful things she accomplished.

Mrs. B was a frequent visitor of our home in Bridgewater, tagging along with my grandparents for visits quite often. She loved to come and see the children (my parents), their children (my sisters and I) and even their children (our kids). She was always such sweet company. I was always excited to hear that she would be joining my grandparents for a visit. I loved to listen to her adventures and the things she did. When I met Natalie MacMaster many years ago, I made sure to get her an autograph, and Natalie was amazed then that a lady in her 90s was dancing to her music. A few years ago at my grandmotherchr(39)s birthday, I took some beautiful photos of Mrs. B, and sat and talked to her. She of course, held my hand, and the flirt in her also got my arm around her to keep her warm. She lived a wonderful life. I have wonderful memories from her visits and trips to our family functions in Bridgewater and Wolfville & area. My thoughts with your family, what a wonderful life she lived. I have no doubt, shechr(39)s still dancing.
