To the Family of Kathleen Viner,
On behalf of the Dialysis staff, I would like to express my deepest condolences to you all on the passing of your beloved mother and grandmother. Since I first met Kathleen, when she began her dialysis journey, I was impressed by her tremendous strength, perservance and spirit. I would also like to acknowledge the commitment of family members who provided so much support to her over the past two years - it is greatly appreciated and it was a pleasure to work with you. My thoughts are with you in this time of grief and loss.
