Obituary of Marian Lenihan

Lenihan, Marian Maxine - 84, of New Ross; passed away on February 21, 2012 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Chester Grant, she was a daughter of the late Dennis and Viola (Hennigar) Walker. Marian was a member of the Christ Anglican Church in New Ross and sang in their choir. She will be sadly missed by her son Eugene (Cheryl), East Chester; grandsons Scott (Andrea), Chester; Gary (Rosa), British Columbia; great grandsons Devin, Chester; Skylar, British Columbia; great granddaughter Tiana, British Columbia; sister Faye Alders, New Minas; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents Marian was predeceased by her husband Fred; sisters Muriel, Thelma, two sisters in infancy; and brothers Lloyd, Carrol. There will be no visitation at Marian?¢s request. A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 27, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Christ Anglican Church, New Ross with Reverend Val Rhymes and Pastor David Hine officiating. A private interment will be held at the Christ Anglican Cemetery in the spring. Donations in Marian?¢s memory may be made to a charity of choice.
