Melda was the teacher in Richfield, NS when I was 2 years old and she boarded with my Mum and Dad. I visited her when she was at Gladys Manning in Windsor, but lost track. I adored her and her way of helping, on Sat. mornings, to dust. She sat in the wooden kitchen chairs and wiggled , saying , "There, that's done!" I send my deepest sympathy on your loss ...to her children and grandchildren. I will never forget her. Verna Marryatt
