Joyce, Vicki and families;
It made me very sad to hear of Mrs. Frasers passing. She taught me in elementary school and I always thought she was so unique. Her beautifully-coiffed blond French roll was always the same, never a hair out of place as she swung into the classroom. You could feel her energy. It is a picture that remains in my memory some fifty years later. I am praying for you all.
